For the Nylo iPhone app · Last updated 31 August 2026
Plain English, because you should be able to read this. Using Nylo means you agree to what is on this page.
Nylo is an iPhone app that reads the screenshots on your phone, works out what is in them, and helps you act on the ones that matter before they expire. It is made by Shreyan Narula, a sole proprietorship registered in India, contactable at hello@shreyanbuilds.com.
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Free trial | 7 days. You are not charged during it. |
| After the trial | The subscription begins automatically unless you cancel. |
| Price | Shown on the purchase screen in your own currency before you buy. Nothing is charged without that screen. |
| Renewal | Automatic, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. |
| Where it is billed | Your Apple account, charged at confirmation of purchase. |
Cancel any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. You have to cancel it in Settings.
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves, but if something went wrong, email us and we will help you make the case.
Nylo reads text from images automatically. It will sometimes get something wrong. A misread digit, a date it did not catch, an item it filed under the wrong heading.
Treat Nylo as a very good assistant, not as a system of record. For anything that genuinely matters, like a flight, a payment or a legal deadline, check the original. We are not liable for anything missed, misread or misfiled, and we do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Nylo is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.
You can stop using Nylo whenever you like. Cancel the subscription and delete the app. We may suspend access if these terms are being broken, but we will tell you why.
If these terms change materially, the app will tell you before the change applies to you. The date at the top shows when this page last changed.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction. Nothing here removes any right you have under the consumer law of your own country.
